Terms & Conditions

1. Fees once paid will not be refunded. 
2. If a student unable to attend a class can attend the same session in the next batch with
prior permission.
3. Students can attend the classes again and again in the upcoming batches until they are
through with the subjects.
4. Please schedule the exam after gaining full confidence in the subject.
5. Students have to sign a non disclosure agreement before starting the class.
6. If any issues, the student must send an email to
ram@zybeak.com without fail. If the
issues not solved, then they can approach EC-COUNCIL’S India Manager, since Zybeak
Technologies is an Authorized Training Partner/Exam Center for EC-COUNCIL. Without
following the above procedure and doing some other activities to tarnish the image of
the company is an OFFENCE.
7. Jurisdiction for any claims shall lie exclusively with the Courts within Chennai.
8. Please make the payment after accepting the above terms and conditions.
